Two councils, two sets of rules

The Lancashire shore sits with Lancaster City Council. The Cumbrian shore from Arnside round to Grange sits with Westmorland and Furness Council under a separate order, and those rows are not filled in yet.

Public spaces protection orders run for a fixed term and then get remade, so every row carries the date we last read it.
